- Discussion about the mediation process and what to expect for your joint session.
Joint session
Per person

- Joint three-hour zoom mediation.
- Structured format to enable each party to discuss their concerns and reach an agreement if possible.
- Parenting plan drafted during the session if an agreement is reached.
Certificate
$150
- Issuing section 60i certificate if requested.
Lawyer-assisted mediation
